Megan Cummins earned a Master of Arts in International Economics from the Johns Hopkins University Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), a Bachelor of Arts from the Eleanor Roosevelt College at the University of California, San Diego and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts from Victor Valley College.
Her professional experience includes a two-year position at the World Bank in Washington, D.C. She strives to provide her students with a positive and memorable experience in learning Economics and is a proponent of active-learning strategies in the classroom. She is also a member of the Curriculum Committee, an SLO Facilitator and the Chair of the Academic Policy and Standards Subcommittee. She takes pride in her continuing dedication towards learners in an ever-changing online, hybrid and classroom learning environment.
