We’re excited to share that Black Student Success Week 2025 is just around the corner! This year’s theme, Lift Up, Level Up: The Rise of Black Serving Institutions, centers on how community colleges and higher education institutions can better serve Black and African American students to support their success — both academically and beyond.

  • Each day in the Black Student Success Center we will be watching a webinar with the other California Community Colleges called The Black Hour (12:00p.m.- 1:00p.m.)

  • The After Party: following The Black Hour, we’ll host signature in-person events at the Black Student Success Center on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
