The Annual Planning/Program Review process begins each fall with the development of instructional program plans/reviews. During this process, instructional programs analyze SLO and student achievement data. Faculty in each program reflect on progress toward goals from the previous year, and determine plans for the coming year.

All program goals are aligned with the College’s Strategic Plan goals and mission. Through this process, faculty request financial resources that are necessary to complete activities and move their goals forward to improve student achievement and learning and close equity gaps.
