Koby Moridzadeh worked in the healthcare industry as a Director of Clinical Nutrition Services, Clinical Nutrition Manager, and Clinical Dietitian in LA and Orange County for 16 years before teaching at LBCC.  She is passionate about health and wellness and believes that she can make a difference with students across our local communities. She believes in educating students holistically, and the most effective way to do this is by promoting healthy eating habits and active lifestyle choices. She loves Meditation and Self-Therapy Breathing for Mindfulness Stress Reduction.
