A business education equips students with transferable skills valued in every profession: these include analysis, critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, understanding financial data and reports, project and resource management, and clear oral and written communication skills.
The Business Administration Department fosters these skills through programs taught by academic and professional experts dedicated to preparing students for success in the global economy. Concentrations include accounting, economics, general business, international business, management, marketing, and real estate. The department offers associate degrees and certifications that prepare students for transfer to bachelor’s degree programs, as well as entry or promotion in private and nonprofit sector careers.
