The Mindfulness Moments Workshop Series will take place on Thurs., Dec. 5 in D-135, Liberal Arts Campus from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Power of Gratitude: Gratitude and appreciation tend to foster positive feelings, which in turn contribute to overall happiness, decrease depression, and increase satisfaction with ourselves and life.
