TEAS Preparation

Overview

TEAS Preparation

Do you need to take the TEAS for a nursing or healthcare program? The Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS) Preparation Program helps students gain the essential skills needed for the TEAS. Students will be equipped with the knowledge and skills in the four areas of the test: Reading, English & Language Usage, Math, and Science.

The two courses in the program lead to a Certificate of Competency: TEAS 600 prepares students for the Reading and English & Language Usage sections of the test and TEAS 605 prepares students for the Math and Science sections.

Why take TEAS 600 & 605?

95% of students who took the courses prior to taking the TEAS for the first time passed it on the first attempt! 80% of students who re-took the TEAS after taking the courses passed the test the second time! In addition, the skills you learn here will assist you throughout your healthcare career and life.
