We work across Long Beach City College to create capacity, build community, and spark innovation in support of antiracist and inclusive initiatives to ensure that this is a place where everyone can thrive. We firmly believe that equity and excellence are not mutually exclusive. We strive to cultivate a community that fully embraces individuals from varied backgrounds, cultures, races, identities, life experiences, perspectives, beliefs, abilities, and values.
